I attend a local Christian church and I was raised in a Christian household. It’s an important part of my identity. However, it would be incomplete without mentioning meditation. I was not consistently tapping into my spiritual self until I started practicing regular meditation, whether mini-sessions throughout the work day or longer sessions at home.
In my experience, Christians have traditionally shunned meditation as being too “New Age” and discard potential benefits from introducing another way of spiritual interaction. Both can co-exist, and in my case, they co-exist beautifully.
